Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n Groups- & Events Manager für unser Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern Team Das legendäre Hotel Palace Luzern wurde erstmals im Jahr 1906 eröffnet und befindet sich in Luzern am Ufer des Vierwaldstättersees. Nach einer kompletten Renovierung eröffnete das Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern im September 2022 seine Türen für Kollegen und Gäste. Das Hotel verfügt über 136 Zimmer und Suiten mit herrlichem Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und die Berge. Vier Restaurants, eine Bar mit wunderschöner Terrasse, der Meeting- und Eventbereich, der Spa sowie ein Fitnessraum runden das vielfältige Angebot für unsere Gäste ab. TLNT1_CHIhre AufgabenAls Senior Groups- & Events Manager werden Sie für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich sein: Vertretung des Direktors für Gruppen und Veranstaltungen in dessen Abwesenheit Verwaltung von Gruppen- und Veranstaltungsanfragen für das Hotel jeglicher Grösse und Wert Handhabung von der Anfrage über die Angebotserstellung und Preisverhandlungen sowie von der Erstellung von Verträgen als auch von der Kontrolle der Abschlussrechnung  Koordinierung der reibungslosen und gästeorientierten Organisation von Veranstaltungen und/oder der Beherbergung einer Gruppe in Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Abteilungen Engagement für den Zusatzverkauf von Meetings und Konferenzen Entwicklung von saisonalen und werblichen Angeboten Vorbereitung des "Funktionsblattes" (Serviceauftrag) und Weitergabe der Informationen an die operativen Abteilungen während der "BEO" (Banquet Event Order) und Gruppensitzungen Verwirklichung der Abteilungsziele und Umsetzung der Qualitätsstandards von Mandarin Oriental Kenntnis der Informationssicherheit, des Sicherheit- und Risikomanagements in Ihrer Abteilung Ihr ProfilAls Senior Groups- & Events Manager erwarten wir von Ihnen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung. Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im gehobenen Gastgewerbe Ausgezeichnetes Zeitmanagement, Führungs- und Organisationstalent, Offenes Wesen mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Fleiss und Einsatzbereitschaft   Kommunikationsstärke, mündlich als auch schriftlich – die Gäste werden sich sowohl mit Beschwerden als auch positivem Feedback an Sie wenden Gute EDV- und PMS Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise HMS und Delphi Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, exzellente Umgangsformen und gepflegtes Äußeres, sowie eine positive Ausstrahlung Ausdrucksfähigkeit, Aufgeschlossenheit und Teamgeist Flexibilität hinsichtlich der Arbeitszeiten Die Konkurrenz, die Veranstaltungen und das Geschehen in der Stadt Luzern und ihrer Umgebung genau kennen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
