Votre mission: Vous concevez et développez des applications Salesforce évolutives (développements sur mesure, intégrations API, DataWeave, MuleSoft) Vous déployez des interfaces modernes avec Lightning Web Components (LWC) et Experience Cloud (clients, partenaires, employés) Vous utilisez les standards Salesforce (Flows, Agentforce, Einstein/AI) pour automatiser et accélérer la mise en œuvre. Vous analysez les besoins métier, les traduisez en spécifications techniques et collaborez avec Product Owners, Analysts, Administrateurs et Architectes. Vous assurez le cycle complet de développement : conception, réalisation, tests, déploiement et support. Vous mettez en place des automatisations et des intégrations multi-cloud (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, Field Service, Experience). Vous contribuez aux choix technologiques de l'Architecte et encadrez les développeurs juniors dans le respect des meilleures pratiques, de la sécurité et de la performance. Vos qualifications: 5+ ans d'expérience confirmée en développement Salesforce dans un environnement multi-cloud. Excellente maîtrise d'Apex, APIs, DataWeave, intégrations et automatisations Salesforce. Expérience pratique avec Lightning Web Components (LWC) et Flows. Maîtrise de Experience Cloud et des standards Salesforce (automatisations, sécurité, gouvernance des données). Expérience prouvée en intégrations complexes et en mise en place de solutions orientées données (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.). Bonne compréhension des architectures systèmes, de la performance et de la sécurité applicative. Certifications Salesforce Developer (ex. Platform Developer II) indispensables ; certifications Architect et IA sont un atout majeur. Excellentes compétences en anglais (C1 minimum). L'allemand constitue un atout important.
