Instrument Integration Engineer (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Zug Start date: asap Reference number: /1 Diesen Job teilen oder drucken Responsibilities Ensure seamless cooperation between hardware and software components, driving integration activities throughout the entire lifecycle of the instrument Independently or with minimal support, plan, execute, and document integration activities such as feasibility studies, testing, and troubleshooting Develop and verify test methods for instrument testing, maintain and execute complex test cases, and ensure rigorous testing of instrument functionality Support and execute troubleshooting and root cause analysis for instrument issues Apply statistical methods and data analysis using software tools to evaluate test results, identify trends and correlations, interpret findings, and generate reports that inform decision-making Act as the technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Represent projects in internal meetings and collaborate with R&D teams at the company to share domain knowledge and ensure alignment with project goals Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration, bringing fresh ideas to the table, encouraging innovation, and supporting continuous improvement Profile Bachelor's or master's degree in a scientific or technical field, particularly in the areas of biotechnology or biomedical engineering Fundamental understanding of systems engineering and its application in instrument development Initial professional experience in medical device development is an advantage Initial professional experience in data analysis, evaluation, and the application of statistical methods is an advantage Affinity for data-related work IT/tool knowledge: MS Office / Google Workspace Fluent in English, German is advantageous Advantageous: Knowledge in Python, Jmp, Azure Dev Ops, Retina Benefits Fascinating, innovative environment in an international atmosphere A very renowned company
