INTRODUZIONE: Per importante cliente sito nel Luganese, siamo alla ricerca della seguente figura professionale: After-Sales Technician DESCRIZIONE DELLA MISSIONE: La risorsa selezionata entrerà a far parte del reparto After-Sales e si occuperà di fornire supporto tecnico ai clienti, garantendo la corretta manutenzione, assistenza e risoluzione dei problemi dei prodotti. Il ruolo prevede interventi sia in sede che presso i clienti, assicurando la massima soddisfazione e fidelizzazione della clientela, e collaborando strettamente con i team tecnici e commerciali per migliorare processi e servizi post-vendita. PROFILO PREVISTO: Formazione tecnica (preferibilmente in ambito elettronico, elettrotecnico o meccanico) Esperienza in assistenza tecnica o manutenzione post-vendita Buona capacità di problem solving e approccio orientato al cliente Autonomia operativa, precisione e affidabilità Disponibilità a spostamenti sul territorio Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici La conoscenza della lingua inglese costituisce titolo preferenziale Le persone interessate ed in possesso dei requisiti indicati sono invitate a inviare al più presto la propria candidatura completa di: fotografia, attestati, diplomi, certificati formativi/continui e certificati di lavoro.
