Director of Eventmanagement Aufgaben & Herausforderungen Führen und Coachen von dem circa 6 köpfigen Team Organisieren und leiten von den wöchentlichen Teammeetings Optimale Verteilung der Aufträge/Events an die Mitarbeitenden Vorbereiten und Aufbereiten der Kennzahlen für den Revenue Manager Veranstaltungsabläufe koordinieren und Detailabsprachen durchführen Massgeschneiderte Angebote erstellen Betreuen der Kunden vor, während und nach den Events (Grossevents) Administrative Aufgaben Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie Min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Führungsfunktion Sparringpartner, Schnittstelle zu einzelnen Abteilungen Organisations- und Koordinationstalent Teamplayer, hilfsbereit, unterstützend Gastgeberpersönlichkeit, positives Erscheinungsbild Die Extra Meile ist selbstverständlich Detailgenau, schafft Wow-Effekte Empathisch, geht auf das Gegenüber ein Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere ein Vorteil Chancen & Perspektiven Sie möchten eine vielseitige und abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe in einer dynamischen Umgebung?
