Biospecimen Senior Specialist (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Zug Start date: asap Reference number: /1 Diesen Job teilen oder drucken Responsibilities Lead biospecimen acquisition processes including vendor negotiations, documentation, and compliance Manage biospecimen data lifecycle within Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables Interface with internal and external stakeholders to align on timelines and goals Maintain regulatory and ethics documentation in line with BAM procedures Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences with relevant experience in biospecimen acquisition or biobanking Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA/EMA), GCP, ethics, and data privacy Experience with stakeholder engagement and project management Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Fluent in English (minimum B2 level), with excellent communication and data handling skills Benefits Remote-option Opportunity to contribute to global diagnostics strategy through high-impact biospecimen work
