Description du poste Votre mission: Accueillir les clients et les conseiller en fonction de leurs besoinV Développer une relation de confiance avec les clients en leur offrant une expérience de vente personnalisée Atteindre les objectifs de vente individuels et de l'équipe Maintenir un haut niveau de connaissance des produits et des tendances du marché Effectuer des transactions de vente avec précision et efficacité Maintenir la propreté et l'ordre de la boutique et des présentoirs de produits Contribuer à la gestion de l'inventaire en surveillant les niveaux de stock et en signalant les écarts Participer à la mise en place d'événements promotionnels Profil attendu Votre profil: Maîtriser le savoir être devant une clientèle passionnée et exigeante Formation en hôtellerie de luxe Excellentes compétences en communication Connaissance approfondie des produits de la haute horlogerie Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe Orienté(e) vers les résultats, avec un fort désir de réussite dans la vente tout en restant élégant et approprié Sens de l'esthétique développé et capacité à maintenir une présentation professionnelle de la boutique et des produits Bilingue Fr-Ang + une 3 ème langue
