INTRODUCTION: Pour notre client actif dans le secteur du commerce de détail , dans le canton de Genève , nous proposons un poste : Réceptionniste - Suisse allemand / FR / EN Pour un contrat fixe avec un taux d'activité de 100%. DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION: Gérer les appels entrants. Analyser et traiter les demandes clients. Répondre aux emails. Assurer l'accueil à la réception. PROFIL ATTENDU: Trilingue : français, anglais et suisse allemand – maîtrise orale et écrite essentielle pour le poste. Titulaire d'un CFC d'employé·e de commerce. Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire. Maîtrise des outils Excel et Word. Personne organisée et rigoureuse. Autonome tout en appréciant le travail en équipe. Disponibilité pour travailler en tournus le samedi. Horaires : lundi à vendredi de 9h à 19h, avec nocturnes selon les horaires des magasins.
