Was ist meine Funktion? Als Teil eines erfahrenen Teams bist du verantwortlich für die Beschreibung, Überwachung und Messung der Qualitätsprozesse. Dein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet: Du deckst alle qualitätsrelevanten Themen ab, sowohl intern im Bereich Entwicklung und Produktion als auch extern bei Partnern Bei Prozessaudits durch Kunden und Zertifizierungsstellen bist du die primäre Ansprechperson - vor, während und nach dem Audit Durch interne Audits und Schulungen stellst du die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse sicher und förderst das Qualitätsbewusstsein der Mitarbeitenden Bei Qualitätsproblemen bist du verantwortlich für deren Analyse, Dokumentation, Kommunikation sowie die Definition geeigneter Massnahmen Was brauche ich, um erfolgreich zu sein? Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen Bereich Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement in einem Industriebetrieb Erfahrung in der Durchführung von internen und externen Audits Eigeninitiative, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Durchsetzungsvermögen Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Was sind meine Vorteile?
