DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen our Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) team. You will play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and scalable backend infrastructures that support our cybersecurity services. In close collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will help translate operational and business needs into reliable technical solutions. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the MSSP backend platform (Senthorus) to ensure scalability, reliability, and security. Design and improve DevOps pipelines for infrastructure automation and deployment. Build and maintain secure APIs and data flows to support cybersecurity operations. Collaborate with SOC analysts, engineers, and support teams to deliver high-quality services to clients. Contribute to the development of AI-driven, risk-based alerting systems to improve detection and response capabilities. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuity of critical systems and incident response. Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to work under pressure and solve complex technical challenges. Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative and proactive attitude. Technical skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles, ideally within MSSP or SOC environments. Hands-on experience with backend engineering, infrastructure automation, and secure software development. Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration. Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and other cybersecurity tools. Good understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix), and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Fluent in English, with a good level of French and/or German.
