PURPOSE OF POSITION The Bar Waiter ensures the efficient operations of beverage services in the assigned food and beverage (F&B) areas. It is your responsibility to create a friendly, guest-oriented service culture to ensure Guest satisfaction and repeat business, which in turn, will increase revenue and profitability of the company. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Take ownership of assigned station, with approximately 25 to 30 guests, and bars including coffee stations and sundecks; serve drinks and assist with preparing cocktails, in accordance with company standards; maintain in depth knowledge of all Bar Menus.
