Discover your exciting role As a Senior Lead Engineer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Fill & Finish, you will play a pivotal role in shaping technical solutions and guiding projects from concept to final design or redesign. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, ensuring excellence in design, process and execution. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Develop and implement tailored layouts and technical solutions in the Fill & Finish domain, aligned with customer needs and regulatory requirements Provide consulting, design input, and critical review of projects at the process level to ensure optimal performance and compliance Ensure adherence to relevant standards, procedures, and best practices throughout the design and engineering phases Actively contribute to major technical decisions across the project lifecycle, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment Conduct workshops, design reviews and support the implementation of necessary adjustments and improvements Share knowledge and expertise across teams, fostering continuous learning and innovation Drive the development and application of new methods, tools, and solutions while enhancing existing approaches Represent Exyte in customer meetings and presentations, showcasing our technical excellence and industry experience Show your expertise Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field Minimum 15 years of experience in consulting and engineering, ideally within GMP-regulated environments Deep theoretical and practical expertise in Fill & Finish technologies and processes Fluent in  English and preferred also German and French Strong customer focus, passion for innovation, team player and results-driven mindset Contact: You want to be part of the Exyte team?
