We empower industry workers by automating tedious manual tasks and tackling labor shortages with our versatile automation platform. Combining dexterous robotic hands with AI trained on human observations, we bring a new level of AI embodiment to the real world. The Role We're looking for our first dedicated sales and growth leader, someone who is entrepreneurial, resourceful, and driven to help scale a frontier-tech company from the ground up. You'll work side-by-side with our co-founders to define our go-to-market strategy, win and support our first major and existing customers, and lay the foundation for world-class sales. This is a rare opportunity to shape not just the growth trajectory of mimic, but the culture and DNA of our commercial team. What you'll do Win new customers: Research, identify, engage, and close high-value opportunities across priority verticals. Build the engine: Design and implement scalable sales and marketing processes, CRM workflows, and performance metrics. Own outbound growth: Lead outreach campaigns, develop compelling sales narratives, and open doors to strategic accounts. Negotiate & close: Manage proposals, contracts, and deal structures to secure long-term partnerships. Explore strategic plays: Work with the founders to evaluate partnerships, channels, and market expansion opportunities. What we're looking for 3+ years in business development, sales, or strategy, ideally in an early-stage or high-growth environment. Proven success in B2B customer acquisition, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, logistics, or adjacent sectors. Skilled at relationship building, stakeholder management, and contract negotiation. A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building processes from scratch. Proficiency with CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales analytics. Fluent English, ideally German and/ or Italian, and any other European languages are desirable. Bonus points Experience in robotics, AI, logistics, or manufacturing automation. Creative skills in video, photography, or graphic design for sales enablement.
