Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Remarketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our remarketing department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our leased vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:- Logistics Coordination: Oversee the entire lifecycle of our leased vehicles, including vehicle pick-ups, checks, and customer deliveries.
- Remarketing Process Optimization: Facilitate timely decisions on vehicle refurbishment, pricing, and sales channel allocation to maximize revenue.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular, accurate, and timely reports on all aspects of the remarketing department to the Remarketing Manager.
- Listing Management: Ensure high standards for our listings on various platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and appeal.
- B2B Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B buyers, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize remarketing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Financial Management: Coordinate invoicing with the Finance Team, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
- Customer Service: Manage inbound requests from customers, facilitating test drives and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in kickoffs, team events, and workshops, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Operational Experience: Minimum 12 months of experience in an operational role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Decision-Making and Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales Experience: Sales experience is beneficial, but not required.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaborative and communication abilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Language Skills: English and German are a must, French is a plus.
- Hubspot Proficiency: Proficiency in Hubspot is a plus.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License category B.
