About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Relations Agent to join our team at the Ultima Collection. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our F&B department, ensuring seamless execution of our hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • F&B Operations Management: Oversee the planning and coordination of F&B events and activities.
  • Inventory Control and Management: Monitor and control mini bar consumption to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Stock Taking and Reporting: Assist during stocktaking exercises and prepare accurate reports.
  • F&B Administration Support: Provide support in various F&B administration tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Safety and Security Protocols: Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols by conducting regular spot checks.
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Collaborate with purchasing teams to source F&B and non-food items.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and quality.
  • General Administration: Manage general order processing for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cash Register System Management: Program, maintain, and troubleshoot the MATRIX cash register system.
  • Merchandise Management: Use the KOST program to manage various goods movements, bookings, and deliveries.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Process delivery notes and invoices accurately and efficiently.
Requirements

To succeed as a Guest Relations Agent, you should possess:

Essential Qualifications:

  • A commercial apprenticeship in the hotel industry or a hotel management school.
  • Initial professional experience in similar roles within first-class hotels.
  • Strong quality awareness, flexibility, resilience, team spirit, and enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in German, Italian, and/or French languages; additional languages are an asset.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and Word.
