Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

At Société Générale Switzerland, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Zurich.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related tasks and activities. This role will involve providing HR advice, promoting HR as an integrated partner within the organization, and supporting the local HR team on all transactions within the field of HRM and HR Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice for daily activities
  • Promote HR as an integrated partner within the organization
  • Support the local HR team on all transactions within the field of HRM and HR Administration
  • Involvement in projects and new business development of the department
  • Manage HR Admin tasks for CIB and HR projects for the whole HR Team (CIB and PRIV)
Requirements:
  • Studies within Commercials and qualification in Swiss HRM
  • Experienced with the local labor law in all HR Administration and HRM-related topics
  • German - C2
  • English - B2
  • French - would be a plus (B1)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of HR Administration
  • Strong ability to deliver quality service under high pressure
  • Strong willingness to learn and embrace a new environment
  • Ability to take on autonomous tasks in a clear and reliable approach
  • Being a team player
  • Solution-driven and pro-active mindset
  • Strong service-delivery attitude
