Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the team dedicated to new product introduction, participating in design transfer meetings, and providing input to DFMEA
  • Cascading CTQ from design input to inspection plan
  • Developing appropriate measurement systems for ongoing product inspection
  • Planning and executing TMV
  • Actively participating in engineering studies for process characterization, collecting data, and conducting various analytical and statistical analyses and interpretation as part of process improvements and day-to-day support
  • Collaborating with projects for process improvement and automation implementation
  • Developing control plans consistent with product classification, potential defect types, and defect frequency
  • Reviewing and releasing production risk management documentation
  • Producing reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 3 years of analogous working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or automotive industries
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma techniques and/or inferential statistical techniques
  • Fluent communication in English, with knowledge of Italian and German a plus
  • MS Office, Agile, and Windchill skills are a plus
