About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Strategist to join our team at Quantis. As a key member of our sustainability consulting practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies for our clients, leveraging your expertise in business strategy and sustainability consulting.
  • Lead client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality sustainability solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of new sustainability services and solutions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, with a focus on sustainability and the food sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability strategies for clients.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Fluent English language skills, with German and/or Swiss German a strong asset.
