At Gi Life Sciences, we are committed to excellence in the pharmaceutical industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in managing order processing and invoicing. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills, allowing them to effectively liaise with various departments, including Purchasing, Finance, and Tax.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing receipt and processing of supplier invoices
  • Liaising with global/regional supply chain and quality services for redeployments, allocations, product launches, and change control
  • Maintaining client, contract, and reference data

The successful candidate will hold a diploma in Supply Chain and have 3 years of experience in a multinational environment. They will also possess very good knowledge of IT systems, including SAP, and be able to work under pressure.
