Key Responsibilities- Manage employee master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and serve as the primary point of contact for TimeSheets support.
- Coordinate and provide weekly and monthly TimeSheets, maintaining a high level of precision and timeliness.
- Prepare and import working hours from offshore locations, leveraging technology to optimize workflows.
- Validate and allocate invoices from offshore locations to projects, guaranteeing financial accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor costs and internal allocations (Reconciliation), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Support the Travel Desk, providing essential coverage and ensuring business continuity.
- A completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ (profile E/M) or equivalent education, demonstrating your academic background and skills.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable environment, showcasing your expertise and knowledge.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel, with a solid understanding of financial concepts and principles.
- Fluency in German and English, enabling effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- A motivated and communicative personality, driving teamwork and success, and a responsible and independent work style.
