As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various financial processes, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and serve as the primary point of contact for TimeSheets support.
  • Coordinate and provide weekly and monthly TimeSheets, maintaining a high level of precision and timeliness.
  • Prepare and import working hours from offshore locations, leveraging technology to optimize workflows.
  • Validate and allocate invoices from offshore locations to projects, guaranteeing financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor costs and internal allocations (Reconciliation), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support the Travel Desk, providing essential coverage and ensuring business continuity.
Requirements
  • A completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ (profile E/M) or equivalent education, demonstrating your academic background and skills.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable environment, showcasing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel, with a solid understanding of financial concepts and principles.
  • Fluency in German and English, enabling effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • A motivated and communicative personality, driving teamwork and success, and a responsible and independent work style.
