Care21 ist ein spezialisiertes Altersheim in Basel, das sich auf die Pflege und Betreuung von Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern mit Demenz spezialisiert hat. Wir suchen eine diplomiertere Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann, um unsere Klinik in all ihren Facetten zu unterstützen.

Aufgaben

Die Sicherstellung der Umfassenden Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner, die Übernahme der Pflege im Rahmen des Bezugspersonensystems sowie die Mitverantwortung für die Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und ein positives Arbeitsklima auf der Station gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie die Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei der Abwicklung der interdisziplinären Teamsitzungen und tragen zur Qualität der Arbeit bei.

Anforderungsprofil

Um erfolgreich zu sein, benötigen Sie eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte Pflegefachkraft oder eine gleichwertige, vom SRK anerkannte ausländische Qualifikation. Im Bereich der Langzeitpflege sollten Sie Erfahrung besitzen und bereit sein, sich ständig fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln. Eine starke Motivation für einen herausfordernden und anspruchsvollen Fachbereich ist ebenfalls unerlässlich.
