Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Specialist

Take on a challenging role as a Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Specialist at ITech Consult AG in Kaiseraugst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous availability of primary and secondary packaging materials, process aids, and excipients to meet the production schedule for Sterile and Packaging Manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with our planning and manufacturing teams to coordinate replenishment and shipment of materials. Your experience with SAP MM transactions is essential, and knowledge of GSuite is a plus. Fluency in German and English is required.
We offer a competitive salary of CHF 85,000 - 95,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a hybrid work arrangement, working 100% remotely with occasional visits to our office in Kaiseraugst.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure the pharmaceutical supply chain is adequately supplied with primary and secondary packaging materials, process aids, and production-supporting auxiliary materials
- Manage inventory and define risk mitigation actions, implementing measures for efficient processes
- Serve as the point of contact for suppliers regarding deliveries and tracking of purchase orders
- Maintain effective communication among business partners, including Sterile Manufacturing, Local & Global Procurement, External Suppliers, Master Production Scheduler, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, etc.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Discipline, Business Administration, or Business Informatics
- At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- First-hand experience as a Materials Planner
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP landscape knowledge (SAP MM transactions)
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) and English (min. B2 Level)
