Chief Legal Counsel

A key role in our team is available for a seasoned legal professional with expertise in corporate restructuring and M&A deals.
The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience as a Swiss qualified lawyer (in-house or law firm), providing advice to executive management in all aspects of legal activities including transactional, commercial, finance, corporate, securities law, and employment law. Key responsibilities include managing external legal counsels, auditors, tax counsels, and service providers globally. The successful candidate will prepare and manage regulatory filings and notifications to the relevant regulatory authorities, collaborate with finance, tax, treasury, compliance, data privacy, and other functions. Additionally, they will provide expertise in managing financial contracts such as loans, drafting legal documents including agreements, corporate documents, and internal memos.
To be suitable for this position, you should have strong knowledge of Swiss commercial laws and fluency in German (mother tongue) and English. Adaptability and flexibility in terms of both relationships and tasks management approach are essential, along with a practical and common sense approach to legal matters.
