**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer specifications and creating system layouts that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer specifications to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and develop system layouts that are efficient, effective, and meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that system layouts are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure that system layouts are properly understood and implemented.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our systems are cutting-edge and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design and automation.
  • Proven experience in industrial automation and robotics systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of PDM software and experience with Solidworks CAD software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in French and English.
