We're seeking an experienced and motivated Salon Leader to join our team

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead your salon and team to success through effective management and communication
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one discussions to drive performance and growth
• Participate in leadership meetings to stay informed and contribute to strategic decisions
• Develop and implement action plans to drive business results
• Manage cash handling and ordering processes

Your Qualifications:

• Completed training as a hairstylist with several years of experience
• Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
• Passion for your work and a positive attitude
• Creativity and enthusiasm for working with customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
