About the JobThe Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support during audits and inspections. This role requires a high level of detail orientation, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
The successful candidate will have a scientific education in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or life sciences, with at least 7 years of experience in the analytical-pharmaceutical environment. Proficiency in English and German is mandatory, while prior experience as an auditor is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Review and approve SOPs, protocols, reports, Certificate of Analysis, and other quality-related documents.
- Maintain, record, and process corrective and preventive measures (CAPAs).
- Act as a Quality Assurance point of contact for our customers.
- Organize and manage customer audits and inspections.
- Apply and interpret audit and compliance requirements.
- Perform internal audits and provide support for GMP training.
- Scientific education (Master degree) in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or life sciences.
- At least 7 years of experience in the analytical-pharmaceutical environment.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Profound expertise in the regulatory framework in the GMP environment, including ICH, FDA, USAP, Ph. Eur.
- Background in data integrity and computerized systems, risk assessment, and project support.
The estimated salary for this position is CHF 80,000 - 100,000 per year, depending on experience. Gi Group SA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
