Your Role
- Lead a team of engineers within the iO Associates Systems Engineering group, overseeing daily activities and project milestones.
- Reward innovation by designing modifications for Environmental Control Systems (ECS), heating, air cleaning, cooling, humidification, soundproofing, oxygen systems, and water/waste management that exceed industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant certification regulations through meticulous analysis and planning.
- Streamline workflow and workload planning to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, CAD drawings, and design standards that enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Select high-quality components and materials that meet or exceed project requirements.
- Cultivate effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business growth.
Your Profile
- Possess an engineering degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering, complemented by experience in leadership roles and a strong foundation in physics, fluid mechanics, and aerospace materials.
- Demonstrate at least 3+ years of leadership experience, showcasing expertise in 2D/3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks) and MS Office.
- Showcase excellent English communication skills; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
- Highlight your ability to prioritize tasks effectively, maintain a safe work environment, and manage projects efficiently.
