About the Role

We are seeking an Operational Team Manager to join our team in Visp, Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for leading operational teams and ensuring seamless execution of business objectives. Your greatest asset will be your ability to motivate and empower your team to drive results.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is CHF 120,000 - CHF 150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including comprehensive health insurance, pension plan, and generous paid time off.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, operations management)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
