D365 F&SCM Functional Consultant – Logistics

We are recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturer headquartered in Switzerland, who are currently implementing D365 F&SCM across the group.

The company Ada Meher is building a permanent, in-house D365 department to oversee the application's rollout across Europe and Asia.

This team will ensure processes are accurately mapped, implemented, and optimized according to the unique production and supply chain business model.

The role assumes ownership of SCM modules globally with a focus on Order Management, Warehousing (advanced), and Outbound modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business teams to map requirements to the system, matching and enhancing business processes.
  • Design solutions, configure systems, and define development team requirements.
  • Lead and manage projects within Order Management, Warehousing, and Outbound modules, from implementation through optimization and management.
  • Drive process improvements and develop business concepts.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and provide training.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to sub-teams.

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience as D365 F/SCM Functional Consultant, focusing on SCM modules.
  • Proven experience managing international projects, either in-house or consulting environments.
  • Background in Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain / Logistics business processes.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Skilled in process modeling and concept design.
  • Strong project planning and coordination skills.
  • Must be eligible and willing to live and work in Switzerland. Visa sponsorship is not possible.
