Job Description
As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing embedded software for certified avionic systems on trainer and business aircraft. This includes performing code reviews and analysis, supporting software design activities, and preparing software documentation compliant with DO-178 and Pilatus standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of C and/or ADA programming languages, software architecture, and design methodologies. Experience with ARINC 429, Ethernet, MIL-STD-1553B, and/or RS232/422/485 protocols is desired. Additionally, proficiency in VxWorks/LynxOS real-time operating systems, iData graphics library, LDRA, and RapiCover testing and analysis tools is highly valued.
