**The Role**

We are seeking a Virtualization Expert to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our virtualized infrastructure, including VMware vSphere, Red Hat Linux servers, and Windows servers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Bank's information systems, ensuring they function effectively and safely.
  • Implement and maintain backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in IT Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Systems Management, preferably within a banking environment in Switzerland.
  • Expertise in managing virtualized environments, including VMware vSphere and Windows Server.
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles, risk management, and business continuity planning in financial services.
