This role is accountable for ensuring a cohesive and high-performing data management function that drives excellence in service of the company's strategy.
As the Global Head, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight across Data Management, driving effective management, delivery, and governance of data assets with the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for shaping the strategy for data management modernization across data modalities, therapy areas, countries, and technology platforms.
You will lead a global organization of approximately 250-300 Data Management professionals and external partners to support the company's development efforts. Your direct reports will include senior leaders, and you will collaborate with senior leaders in Data Science and Analytics to influence and contribute to the overall strategy and success of early and late stage development programs.
PD-DSA Shared Leadership Objectives- Create a clear PD-DSA strategy and goals that align with TN Switzerland's broader objectives, ensuring seamless integration of One Pharma strategy, PD goals, and R&D Excellence methods into the strategic direction.
- Embed and drive the adoption of strategic imperatives of Data, Digital/AI, and Design (the 3Ds) across workflows, taking ownership of this mindset shift to ensure a seamless integration of these principles into daily operations.
