Housekeeping Porter Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Porter to join our team at United Methodist Homes in Shelton, CT.

About the Role

This part-time position is available 16 hours per week, with shifts from 4:00pm to Midnight, including every other weekend and one weekday evening. You will also work every other holiday.

The ideal candidate will have excellent cleaning skills, be able to read, write, and perform basic math functions, and demonstrate commitment to our mission, vision, and values.

  • Maintain the safety and security of residents, visitors, and staff
Requirements
  • Education - Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math functions
  • Experience - Entry-level position, previous institutional cleaning experience preferred
  • Licensure - Not required
  • Testing - Pre-placement physical and drug test required
Estimated Salary

$15.50-$18.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
