About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Private Banker to join our team of experienced professionals at DES Capital. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and families, providing personalized wealth management solutions and building strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in private banking, with a strong understanding of wealth management principles and practices. They will be able to identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow their portfolio, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized investment strategies for high-net-worth clients.\
  • Analyze market trends and make informed recommendations to clients.\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.\
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.\
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to drive growth and innovation.\
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.\

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in private banking or a related field.\
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing investment strategies.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.\
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.\
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CFP are highly desirable.\
  • Extensive expertise in UHNW Wealth Management.\
  • Understanding of global markets and diverse client base.\
  • Leadership skills, particularly when working with a group of senior bankers.\
  • Bespoke services tailored to (Ultra) High Net Worth Individuals.\
  • Negotiation expertise to secure competitive compensation packages.\
  • Representative who prioritizes your interests during the recruitment process.\
  • Cultivating trust and expertise between the company and clients.\
