ICT Specialist for ATM Data Processing

The ICT Specialist for ATM Data Processing is responsible for performing tasks related to preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as modifications for safety-related ATM Data Processing equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of ATM Data Processing applications and a ability to ensure high operational availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation and maintenance of ATM Data Processing applications
- Carrying out preventive tasks to ensure high operational availability
- Carrying out corrective tasks to restore ATM services
- Deployment and installation of application modifications and new releases
- Supporting lifecycle management
- Providing 7/24h on-call service
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- ITIL v3 certified
- 3-5 years of experience in IT operation
- Experience in operating complex enterprise IT network landscapes
- Good social skills and customer-oriented
- Fluent in French and English
