Job Description
- Lead internal automation projects from concept development to implementation.
- Develop and integrate control systems for production and infrastructure facilities.
- Drive advancements in electrical and automation systems for building infrastructure.
- Manage and coordinate external teams to ensure reliable electrical and automation operations.
- Establish and implement new automation technologies and industry standards.
- Develop specifications, optimize recipes, conduct tests, and oversee commissioning.
- Maintain and enhance alarm management systems while addressing automation-related issues.
- Support the development of junior automation engineers through guidance and training.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within automation engineering.
- Expertise in IEC 61131 control systems, SCADA, and EMSRT hardware.
- 10+ years of experience in automation, including DeltaV and industrial automation projects.
- Strong programming skills in DeltaV, Simatic S5/S7, SIS.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytic, and communication skills.
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior engineers.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
