About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Specialist to manage the monthly financial close and ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with IFRS standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling daily operational bookkeeping tasks, providing administrative support for stock option schemes, and contributing to financial statement preparation and audit processes.

  • Manage the monthly financial close of Swiss entities ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Handle daily operational bookkeeping including processing invoices, managing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial documentation.
  • Support VAT reporting and other regulatory filings.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
