Job Description
The IT Business Analyst HR - Compensation will play a critical role in supporting the successful integration of HR systems within Cagi's operations. This position reports to both the HRIS Program manager and Head of Projects and Applications, and will help the business establish and implement business processes in our new HR Information System (HRIS) based on Workday.
This individual will animate workshops to gather requirements, structure, and optimize business processes from standards, liaise with external integrators, manage releases and patches, and participate in projects. The primary focus is on the Compensation & Benefit, Time & Attendance stream.
- Analyze current HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the business to gather and formalize business requirements, business stakes, benefits, constraints, and interdependencies.
- Ensure business processes are aligned with standards proposed by tools.
- Document HR processes and maintain updated process manuals.
- Liaise with external consultants and co-animate workshops.
- Build and apply testing strategies on functional scope.
- Liaise with the IT infrastructure and operations team to ensure compliance with IT and security standards and rules.
- Deliver application technical documentation.
- Create and implement training programs for HR systems.
- Ensure HR data integrity.
