RACING UNLEASHED AG is seeking an experienced Visual Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, motion graphics, and digital marketing.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Visual Content Creator who can develop innovative visual content that resonates with our target audience. This includes designing all visual assets, such as graphics and motion elements, for digital platforms and social media. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the visual identity of Racing Unleashed to ensure a consistent and coherent brand presentation across all touchpoints.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing visual assets, including graphics and motion elements, for digital platforms and social media
  • Maintaining the visual identity of Racing Unleashed to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications Manager to develop brand-appropriate visual content for campaigns and communication measures
  • Creating motion graphics and animations to enhance engagement and bring content to life
  • Supporting digital marketing efforts by producing visually appealing assets that increase campaign effectiveness
  • Adapting visual assets for various platforms and ensuring optimized performance across formats
  • Staying informed about design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas into our visual strategy
  • Evaluating results to ensure they meet high quality standards and align with our brand guidelines
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record as a graphic designer, motion designer, or in a similar role, preferably in digital marketing with premium automotive and luxury brands, gaming, or esports
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • A portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design and motion design work, emphasizing storytelling and brand building
  • The ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that resonate with our target audience
  • Experience working on digital marketing campaigns and creating assets optimized for social media
  • A strong understanding of brand identity and the ability to ensure consistency across visual assets
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
