About Our Team:

We are a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering unparalleled alternative investment expertise to private wealth investors. Our team members share a common goal: to provide exceptional client service and drive growth and revenue within the wealth management segment.

We are seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for business development within the wealth management segment, targeting private banks, multi-family offices, and independent wealth advisors.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building significant relationships across the wealth management sector in Switzerland. You will also contribute to the broader growth and development of Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions.

This position reports directly to the Country Head.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue within the wealth management segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the home office and with external partners.
  • Provide exceptional client service and respond to investor needs in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal divisions (Product, Legal, Operations, etc.) to address client inquiries and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in distribution, with a proven track record of building significant relationships across the wealth management sector in Switzerland.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently to achieve business growth objectives.
  • A high-energy individual with the capacity to integrate into a performance-driven, lean team.
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Swiss German, French, and Italian is an advantage but not required.
  • Additional professional credentials (e.g., CIMA, CAIA, CFA, MBA) are preferred but not mandatory.
