Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage innovation projects within our Geomatics division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and on-budget project completion, and applying a mix of Simultaneous Engineering and Agile principles to manage project deliverables through all development stages.

• Identify, assess, and manage risks, while effectively communicating updates to stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with interrelated teams to optimize project outcomes
• Act as a role model within our organisation and help create a motivating environment where team members can develop and utilize their full potential to deliver high-quality products

• 4+ years of experience leading complex development projects, with knowledge of hardware and software development (preferably in the field of mechanics, electrics, optics or related field)
• Experience in industrial sensor/device development and with Embedded Software (Operating System: Linux, WinCE)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical/electrical design, computer science, or a related field
• A motivating leader who fosters team collaboration, cultivates a positive work environment, and effectively manages conflicts
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
