Youth Support Specialist

Surval Montreux is a leading international boarding school in Switzerland, committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for young girls from around the world.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Support Specialist to join our team in January 2025. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure, organized, and disciplined living space for our students.

This is a full-time position that requires weekend and evening work. You must be fluent in English, and knowledge of French is an advantage.

To be eligible for this role, you must hold a European or Swiss passport or a Swiss residence permit. Please note that due to Brexit, it can be challenging for British citizens to secure employment in Switzerland.

The salary for this position is approximately CHF 45,000 - 55,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. If you are passionate about working with young people and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
