Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Finanzfachmann/in, der sich auf die Buchhaltung und Finanzmanagement von drei Schweizer Gruppengesellschaften spezialisiert hat. Als Finanzfachmann/in bist du verantwortlich für die Buchführung, die Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse, die Lohnbuchhaltung und die Verwaltung von Sozialversicherungen. Du erstellst und überwachst die Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen und arbeitest mit einem externen Steuerberater zusammen, um Steuererklärungen zu erstellen und steuerliche Pflichten zu erfüllen.

Als Finanzfachmann/in bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams und arbeitest eng mit unserem externen Liegenschaftsverwalter zusammen, um die Liegenschaftenabrechnungen für die Bestandsimmobilien in der Schweiz zu prüfen. Du bist auch verantwortlich für das vierteljährliche Konzern-Reporting nach IFRS und analysierst die Finanzdaten, um detaillierte Berichte für die Konzernleitung vorzubereiten.

Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Diplomierter Buchhalter mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Grundkenntnisse in IFRS sind wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Immobilienbereich von Vorteil
