About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for branding, marketing, and agriculture. As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with our company's mission and vision. Your expertise will drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and establish Ecorobotix as a leader in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in brand management, B2B hardware & software product marketing, and a strong understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand positioning strategies to differentiate Ecorobotix in the agricultural technology market.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns that reinforce brand identity and increase awareness.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure brand consistency and excellence.
  • Analyze market research and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and drive business growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of building and managing brands in the B2B hardware & software product marketing space.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, market differentiation, and value proposition development.
  • Experience with market research and analysis, Adobe Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
