Job Summary

This role focuses on evaluating and enhancing operational methods, policies, and procedures to boost productivity and improve standards.

You will play a key role in recommending changes to organizational structures to streamline functions and eliminate redundancies.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and audit current operational methods and procedures.
  • Propose revisions to improve production and standards.
  • Recommend changes to organizational structures to prevent duplication or overlapping functions.
  • Suggest improvements in material handling, equipment layout, and computer systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and propose operational improvements.
  • Ability to recommend organizational changes effectively.
  • Experience in simplifying processes and enhancing productivity.
  • Proficiency in assessing and revising policies and procedures.
