About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Pflegefachfrau to join our team at Hirslanden AndreasKlinik AG Cham Zug. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the entire care process for patients, from data collection to documentation and outcome evaluation
- Provide guidance, coordination, and analytical support to the healthcare team
- Serve as a liaison between patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Completed Berufslehre EFZ or Matura
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
- Quick understanding and observation skills, as well as organizational abilities
- Responsibility, flexibility, and empathy for the diverse and dynamic work environment in healthcare
- Willingness to take on challenging and educational work situations in a team
- Self-responsibility for your studies
