Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement efficient document management systems, ensuring version control, security, and retention.
- Lead the intranet management team, enhancing knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.
- Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and libraries to meet business needs.
- Provide technical support to users on SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 applications.
- Implement governance policies to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
- Proven experience with SharePoint Online, including development, administration, and integration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate) and workflows.
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITILv4 certification is a plus).
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master) is an advantage.

Skills and Attributes:

- Proficiency in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, PowerShell scripting, and UI/UX design.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
