Product Manager for Vulcanized Seals

The company's headquarters are located in Haag, Switzerland, with production centers in Switzerland, Malaysia, Romania, and Taiwan.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support VAT's sales and service organization with regards to all technical, commercial, and operational aspects of vulcanized products.
- Develop service product and customer strategies based on market and competitive intelligence.
- Derive business plans from the growth strategy and direct market introduction plans.
- Identify customer technical roadmaps and drive corresponding product development.
- Monitor the market to address evolving needs and trends, and defend VAT's market position.
- Manage sales and profitability targets for the dedicated product family.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in sciences, engineering, or equivalent education, preferably chemical engineering.
- Additional degree in economics and/or marketing or successful record of accomplishment in a commercial position.
- Background or experience in material sciences, preferably within the elastomer and polymer field.
- Experience in product management within a high-tech international environment, preferably in the vacuum industry or critical component B2B business.
- Fluent business English skills in written and spoken.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and know-how to further build customer trust and loyalty.
- Ability to provide fact-driven solutions and translate market requirements into growth strategies with related execution plans.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%).
