TEFL Instructor Wanted

EF Education First is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic TEFL instructor to join our team in summer 2025. As a member of our academic team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of the EF academic program to students aged 16 and older from diverse nationalities.

This full-time, fixed-term position will run throughout July and August, with permanent job opportunities available post-summer. You will work closely with our professional academic team to plan and teach classes, track attendance, and participate in peer observation programs.

• Deliver general English and special interest courses to students aged 16 and older.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum materials in collaboration with the academic team.
• Mark students' work, write student reports when required, and contribute to the evaluation of student progress.
• Act as an ambassador for EF, promoting the company's mission and values.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A CELTA or Trinity CERT minimum qualification.
• A university degree or equivalent.
• Passion and professionalism in teaching EFL.
• High motivation, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
