Reliability Engineering Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee product safety and availability, focusing on RAMS-related responsibilities throughout the development lifecycle and associated areas. This role demands adherence to legal standards, international guidelines, and internal procedural directives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough analyses of specifications, conditions, and requirements for various projects or products, and establish target values.
- Initiate, plan, and execute project-specific program plans and workshops following the V-model of development.
- Define and monitor technical assumptions, requirements, constraints, and rules within offers and projects.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, utilizing Model Based Engineering (SysML) and modern tools such as DOORS and ANSYS medini.
- Apply relevant analyses at appropriate abstraction levels, including HARA, FTA, FMECA, HAZOP, RBD, and Reliability Prediction.
- Organize and facilitate subject matter workshops, audits, and reviews of pertinent documentation.
- Collect and process relevant data, verification documents, and certificates.
- Draft verification documentation as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A (Technical) university degree in engineering (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in RAMS.
- A proactive and responsible approach to work.
- Strong commitment, initiative, and adaptability.
- Excellent proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
